Lusaka — Michael Sata on Thursday evening widened his lead ahead of President Rupiah Banda by over 185, 000 votes from the 116 of 150 constituencies, the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) announced.
ECZ chairperson Justice Irene Mambilima announced that Sata had obtained 994, 090 votes while President Banda got 808, 596 votes.
