Internet Fraud, is There no way this can be Cease Forever?

Talking about internet fraud, it has corrupt some of the life of the youth today, and if the youth is being distory how would the future be like? am more corncern about the up coming youth ( the under ages) they are all involve into this, and it is really marking the nation(ghana) nagatively, and i want to know what the Gornvement, the ITC personals, and the internet providers doing about this situation.
Talking about the youth, they are the same people our elders called the future leader, but this is the situation where by the foundation of this very ones are geting distory, is there any hope for the future?

I do think those are serious allegations you are making towards young people! Have you met all of the youth in this world and can you say for certain that ALL of them are involved in internet fraud?! No, you cannot. You need to be very careful in the way you try to discuss those kind of issues.
Have you actually done proper research on the topic of internet fraud? It does not seem like because otherwise you would not make such a ridiculous statement! Try to get your facts and figures straight before you write allegations like the ones you made.
You cannot just go about and generalise people. And to be honest I don't see what age has to do with being fraudulent. Anyone could be involved in these kind of things without you even knowing it. Some people if offered the change to be dishonest will grab it instantly and take advantage of loopholes in the system.
I do think that stricter regulations might be helpful but to be honest the world wide web does not seem to have any boundaries and it would almost certainly not be possible to observe billions of people in this world, to discover internet fraud.
