Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.


Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.


In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.


If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

How to place order
1) Browse the catalog of our products till you find a product of your choice

2) Select a size and / or color if applicable, indicate your desired quantity and click 'Add to cart'

3) You can view your shopping cart at any item by clicking on 'Cart' near the top right hand side of the online shop under the navigation bar

4) When you are ready to checkout, click the 'Checkout' link

5) Follow the instructions provided on the next couple of screens to complete your order

If at any time during the checkout process you run into any errors when completing forms, an appropriate error message will be displayed informing you which areas of your provided information requires a change.

 

Products you order from us

Some of our products are made to order, so there may be a slight delay of anywhere up to 3 working days before your order is dispatched for delivery.
